Those who do not currently meet this requirement must be willing to work towards achieving it alongside their apprenticeship. An assessor will be allocated to you to progress / help you through you course. At the end of your training, you will complete a range of assessments, which may include exams, coursework, a portfolio of evidence and an End-Point Assessment, leading to the achievement of a Level 3 qualification.
