The Role. Newham College is seeking an exceptional Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join our dynamic team. We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to pass on their expertise to the next generation of professionals in the motor vehicle industry. If you are enthusiastic about shaping the future of motor vehicle education, particularly in the areas of maintenance, repair, and electric/hybrid vehicles, we would love to hear from you! You will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching for Maintenance and Repair courses at Levels 1 to 3, accredited by the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI). The role involves teaching core motor vehicle skills and introducing electric and hybrid vehicle units as part of the curriculum. You will be part of a forward-thinking team, working within our workshops and classrooms to provide students with practical, industry-relevant learning experiences. Key responsibilities. Plan and deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for courses in line with college standards. Develop and implement course materials, schemes of learning, and assessments. Support students&© progress by offering regular one-on-one sessions and ensuring they meet academic and behavioral expectations.
