We are seeking an inspiring and committed Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning across our Health and Social Care programmes (BTEC Levels 1–5), supporting learners in achieving their full potential.
You will play a key role in creating an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment, acting as a positive role model and helping students develop the knowledge, skills, and values needed for further study or employment in the sector.
Our Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Relevant qualifications and/or industry experience in Health and Social Care.
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
A strong commitment to inclusive education and supporting learners to succeed.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
A flexible and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
