About the Role As a Lecturer in Floristry, you will teach students across a range of courses as assigned by the Curriculum Manager. You will create an engaging and professional learning environment, adapting your teaching to meet individual learner needs and supporting students to develop their knowledge, skills, confidence and employability. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering high-quality Floristry teaching and learning, including schemes of learning and curriculum intent documentation.
