Lecturer in Business

Our Business and Professional Services department are looking for a Lecturer in Business to promote and provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all students. You will have a Degree or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline and a recognised teaching qualification. You will have knowledge of current issues in some or all of the following relevant curriculum/industry areas: Business, Economics, Human Resources, Leadership and Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate responsibility and Sustainability. Your responsibilities will include to teach effectively on a range of programmes across the Division’s Curriculum with a primary focus on level 3 upwards, including Adult, Commercial and Higher Education programmes and To thoroughly plan and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching. The salary for this post is up to £40,665 Burnley College Sixth Form Centre provides first-class Further Education, University Education, Apprenticeship, business training and adult learning programmes, in the heart of Pennine Lancashire.
