The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer in Health & Social Care to join our dynamic team at Poplar Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students across a range of programmes from entry level to Level 3.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, supporting student progression, and contributing to the continued development of our Health & Social Care curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging teaching and assess student progress across Health & Social Care
Plan and develop high-quality lessons, learning materials, and curriculum content
Support students academically and pastorally to achieve and progress
Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners, ensuring quality standards and compliance
Who You Are:
Has experience teaching or training in Health & Social Care
Holds (or is willing to work towards) a recognised teaching qualification
Has a relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Biology knowledge desirable)
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and understanding of current practices
Can engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds
Has excellent organisational and communication skills
Works effectively as part of a team and independently
