About The Role We are seeking a passionate and inspiring educator to join our expanding sixth form provision, delivering high-quality teaching in A Level Photography. This is a unique opportunity to engage ambitious learners at a pivotal stage in their academic journey. From September 2026, this role will be based at Telford 6th—our brand new, purpose-built sixth form campus located in the town centre’s Station Quarter. Designed to provide an exceptional learning environment, the campus will feature state-of-the-art facilities, a bespoke library, and dedicated spaces that support independent study and academic excellence. As part of the largest and continually growing sixth form provision in the area, you will play a key role in shaping an exciting new chapter in post-16 education. The successful candidate will be committed to creating an outstanding student experience, using innovative and inclusive teaching approaches to ensure all learners are supported to achieve their full potential. You will prepare students for success in examinations while enabling progression to higher education, apprenticeships, and careers within law and related fields. Beyond the classroom, you will contribute to the continued success and development of the department and wider sixth form community. This will include undertaking a range of administrative, pastoral, and curriculum development responsibilities, as well as actively supporting strategies that raise aspirations, enhance student outcomes, and promote a culture of academic excellence.
