About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally. You will work alongside classroom teachers to assist in delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons in a highly supportive setting.
Key Stages: KS3 and KS4 – applicants must specify their preferred key stage(s) in their personal statement
Class Sizes: Maximum of 6- 8 pupils

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH and/or SEND
Is calm, resilient and nurturing in approach
Can work confidently with challenging behaviour using de-escalation techniques
Works well as part of a team and follows direction
Is enthusiastic, flexible and committed to making a difference
Has good communication and interpersonal skills
Can assist with both classroom-based learning and emotional support
Understands the importance of safeguarding in education
Prior experience in a school, PRU or a
