About this role
We are currently seeking to appoint a number of Learning Support Assistants to work within our inclusion department.
The role will include working with students across all year groups who experience barriers to learning, acting as a ‘lead worker’ for a designated number of students, coordinating support plans, and liaising with parents and carers to review how effectively the support is meeting each student’s needs.
The successful candidate will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organise and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines. They will also have excellent communication skills, as well as good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to their work.
The working hours are 32.5 hours per week, Term Time Only (38 weeks) + 2 INSET Days.
