Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, passionate, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team working across Pre Prep and Lower Prep. As part of your role, you will work as part of the Learning Support Team under the direction of the Head of Learning Support, Head of Pre-Prep and Head of Lower Prep. You will provide in-class, small group and 1:1 support for pupils with learning-based needs in a setting with small class sizes and high expectations of children’s progress and attainment. The successful candidate will prepare materials as necessary under the direction of the class teacher and follow recommendations from the Head of Learning Support whilst maintaining pupil target sheets. You will have previous experience of working with children with a range of needs, with a calm, positive and kind approach to working with children.
