What You'll Be Doing Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning and achieve their individual goals. Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences that meet a range of additional needs. Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence, participation and self-belief. Support pupils' social, emotional and behavioural development using consistent and nurturing approaches. Help prepare stimulating classrooms, resources and activities that inspire curiosity and engagement. Contribute to the implementation and review of individual education and support plans.
