At Fieldstone School, we're looking for a compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant – Outreach to join our dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a variety of settings—including school, alternative provisions, the local community and, where appropriate, pupils' homes. This isn't a traditional classroom role. You'll help remove barriers to learning, build positive relationships and empower young people to develop the confidence, independence and life skills they need to achieve their full potential. Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral colleagues, you'll become a trusted adult, supporting pupils through both their educational journey and personal development while making a genuine difference every single day. What You'll Be Doing Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups across a variety of learning environments, including school, community settings and alternative provision. Build positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing. Deliver targeted learning programmes and interventions to support individual education plans. Encourage independence, engagement and positive behaviour through consistent support and guidance. Help pupils overcome barriers
