We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant Outreach to provide vital support to pupils both on-site and within the local community. This is a dynamic role where you’ll help students engage with learning, build confidence, and develop essential life skills — whether in school, at home, or in alternative provision settings. What You’ll Do Supporting pupils across a range of learning environments, including community settings and students’ homes Working under the guidance of the Outreach Lead and Deputy Principal to deliver personalised learning programmes Helping to create purposeful, supportive, and inclusive learning spaces wherever learning takes place Encouraging positive behaviour, resilience, and engagement in students with diverse needs Keeping accurate records of progress and contributing to assessments and reports Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and wider staff to meet individual pupil needs Promoting safeguarding, welfare, and equal opportunities at all time. What We’re Looking For Strong numeracy and literacy skills Experience supporting children or young people in educational or learning environments Experience working with pupils with special educational needs Confidence completing general administrative tasks Training or experience in relevant curriculum
