Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, personalised learning activities that inspire confidence and curiosity. Encourage pupils' communication, independence, emotional wellbeing and social development. Build positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Prepare learning resources and help create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment. Monitor pupil progress and contribute to reviews, observations and planning. Support educational visits and, where required, assist with transporting pupils to enhance their learning experiences.
