Turing House School is seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while making a real difference to young people’s lives. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support students’ learning, build their confidence, and develop your understanding of effective teaching and behaviour management. This role provides you with first-hand experience of school life and is an ideal stepping stone for those considering teacher training in the future.
We are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individuals who are passionate about education and keen to develop the skills needed for a successful career working with young people. Many of our Learning Support Assistants have successfully progressed into teacher training programmes, including salaried and PGCE routes, following their time in the role.
