We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work at our Junior site at Longdon, who has the potential to work across all year groups at our Junior School, from Reception to Year 4 to continue to help deliver the high academic standards that the school prides itself on.
You will be joining a caring team, passionate in delivering a supportive and nurturing environment for our youngest children. You will play a key role in the development and growth of the children you work with across our classes, providing stimulating, enjoyable and constructive activities appropriate to the child’s age and ability. When working with our older children, you will be supportive, organised and structured in your approach, providing Learning Support assistance to our class teachers. You will also develop and promote good relationships and high expectations of both the children and their families, offering advice and guidance and dealing with sensitive issues alongside the Head Teacher and teaching staff.
