We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team and play a key role in helping our pupils feel safe, supported, confident and ready to learn. This is more than a classroom support role. You’ll be a trusted and encouraging presence in our pupils’ daily lives helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally, while celebrating their progress along the way. What You’ll Be Doing Support pupils in lessons, helping them engage, participate and achieve Build positive, trusting relationships and act as a consistent role model Support individual learning programmes and specialist approaches Work alongside teachers, therapists and other professionals to meet pupils’ needs Observe, record and share information about pupil progress and development Support assessments, target setting, reviews and relevant documentation Support pupils during activities, mealtimes, recreation and educational visits Contribute to a positive school culture where every achievement matters Who We’re Looking For You don’t need to have worked in a specialist school before.
