We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and committed person to join our staff team at Cross Keys Learning in Womenswold (near canterbury). We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can relate to students who have struggled within a mainstream setting and need a more nurturing environment by working with them individually and in small groups alongside the classroom teacher.
Applicants must be able to work collaboratively and have some prior experience of working with children or young adults. Experience of working with young people with SEN would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
Key Purpose of the Job
As a small school with a strong nurturing focus the key asset of our staff is the understanding of each individual pupil's educational need and working together as a team to deliver the best outcomes for our students.
