Learning Support Assistant

We seek to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our popular all boys school. Your main duties will be to support students with their learning in lessons, and to work with them individually and in small groups. We wish to appoint colleagues who: are interested in supporting students with a range of individual needs; demonstrate skill and initiative working with young people in and out of the classroom; have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and are able to work effectively as part of the team. The position would also suit those considering a teaching career, wishing to gain experience in a mainstream secondary school, or seeking a post working with teenagers in a supportive role in a stimulating environment.
