Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Longdon Hall School, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS15 4PT
Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday | Tuesday- Friday: 8:30am - 4pm, Monday: 4:30pm for CPD.
Salary: £22,160.62 per annum (not pro rata)
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only
Start: September 2026

What You'll Do:
Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them access learning and achieve their individual goals.
Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, personalised learning that inspires confidence and curiosity.
Build positive, trusting relationships that help pupils feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
Prepare learning resources and help create stimulating, inclusive classroom environments.
