We are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support our learners to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing the highest level of support, whether that be supporting our learners on the farm, in the classroom or on a supported internship.
Set in the heart of Sherwood Forest, our sensory rich 32-acre main campus offers first-class facilities to enable our learners and citizens to thrive in a safe and inspiring environment. Our education and care programmes focus on three themes: independence; health and well-being; and employability. Everyone has different needs, so we tailor our programmes for individuals to focus on achieving their goals, their way.
To thrive in this role, you will need to be able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. Experience in working with people who have learning difficulties and/or disabilities is desirable.

This role involves regulated activity with our learners therefore we will be required to carry out a full enhanced with child and adult barred lists DBS check as part of our pre-employment checks.
