As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll be much more than classroom support. Working alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral colleagues, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalised support that enables every pupil to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. What You'll Be Doing Support teachers in delivering engaging, creative and inclusive learning across a broad and balanced curriculum. Provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and achieve their individual goals. Assist in delivering personalised education, intervention and behaviour support programmes. Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing. Support pupils to develop social, communication and life skills alongside their academic learning. Prepare learning resources, classroom activities and equipment to support high-quality teaching.
