The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs, working closely with teachers to help every student thrive. What We’re Looking For
• Provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups, as directed by the class teacher or SENDCO.
• Assist pupils in accessing the curriculum, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
• Support pupils in developing independent learning and social skills.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Contribute to the supervision of pupils during break and lunchtime as required.
• Attend relevant meetings and training sessions to support professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the school’s policies at all times.
