Learning Support Assistant

Overview of the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our busy and dynamic prep school environment. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring a high degree of flexibility and initiative. You will provide tailored individual and small group support for children across the full prep age range (4 - 13). This will include support for children with Special Educational Needs. The role involves close and agile collaboration with class teachers, the Head of Learning Support, and the wider Learning Support team, moving fluidly between in-class support, targeted intervention sessions, and administrative responsibilities, including the EHCP review processes. You will play a key role in creating an inclusive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment, enabling every child to access the curriculum and be their best selves.
