Key responsibilities:
Provide
targeted support 1:1 and in small groups to pupils with SEND, ensuring
safety and access to learning
Support
development and delivery of Individual Education/Behaviour Plans and
personal care programmes (including intimate care where required)
Promote
pupil independence, self-esteem and positive behaviour using agreed
strategies
Record
and report pupil progress to teachers and SENDCoPrepare resources and
assist
