Join us as a Learning Manager, where you will play a critical role in nurturing student potential by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data-driven monitoring. This position is perfect for someone passionate about removing academic and behavioural barriers to learning, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive educational setting, and effectively managing complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies.
This successful candidate will initially be assigned to our Year 9 students in September.
The working pattern for this role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8.00am until 4.00pm and Fridays, 8.00am until 3.30pm, term time plus five days.
