Learning Manager (0.4 FTE)

Join us as a Learning Manager, where you will play a critical role in nurturing student potential by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data-driven monitoring. This position is perfect for someone passionate about removing academic and behavioural barriers to learning, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive educational setting, and effectively managing complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies. Working pattern: 14.5 hours per week over 2 days (Monday & Friday), term time only plus 3 weeks. Temporary for 12 months. About the role At Outwood Academy Bydales, we have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Manager to join our team. You will be required to support learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring to maximise student attainment. As a Learning Manager, you must have the ability to work with students and have a real interest in the issues faced by the students. You will monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviourally.
