About us and the role
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Coach to join Avanti House Primary and play an important role in helping children learn, grow and believe in their own potential.
You will work closely with teachers and colleagues to provide engaging and inclusive learning support across the classroom, in small groups and on an individual basis, adapting your approach to help each child succeed. By valuing every child as a unique individual, our approach is rooted in educational excellence, character development and spiritual insight, supporting children to flourish academically, socially and personally.
This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children, contribute to a positive and nurturing learning environment, and develop your own skills and practice alongside experienced colleagues.
If you are passionate about education and want to make a genuine difference to children’s learning, wellbeing and confidence, we would love to hear from you.
School visits are welcomed and encouraged. Please contact the school to arrange a suitable time.
