The Bridge Academy is looking for a committed and compassionate Learning and Behaviour Mentor to join our wider Pastoral Team and play an important role in supporting students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young people and understands that positive relationships, consistent support and early intervention can make a real difference to a student’s experience of school.
As a Learning and Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with colleagues across the Pastoral Team to identify and remove barriers to learning. You will provide targeted support to students through 1:1, small-group and individual interventions, helping them develop the behaviours, attitudes and skills they need to engage positively with their learning.
