Learning Assistant (Primary / Elementary)

We are currently seeking a Primary Learning Assistant to join our team and support in the delivery of engaging educational experiences for our young learners. Position: Primary Learning Assistant Position Type: Learning support in main classrooms Job Description: As a Primary Learning Assistant, you will support classroom teachers by assisting with the delivery of lessons, helping students with their learning needs, and contributing to a positive and supportive school atmosphere. Your role will be vital in ensuring all students receive the attention they need to thrive academically and socially. Skills and Qualifications: - Fluent or first language English speaker - Mexican working papers in place or of Mexican nationality - Minimum qualification: Certificate relevant to education or child development - At least 2 years of experience working with primary-aged children in an educational setting - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents - Ability to assist with lesson preparation and classroom management - Patience, empathy, and understanding towards diverse learning needs Values and Attitudes: - Commitment to supporting inclusive education practices that respect each child's unique abilities - Positive attitude towards teamwork within the school community - Dedication to fostering a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment for all students - Willingness to learn continuously and adapt teaching support strategies as needed If you are passionate about making a difference in children's primary education through hands-on support within an international school setting, we encourage you to apply.
