You will have a genuine passion for Mathematics and a strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning across KS3, with the ability to inspire students and secure strong foundations for future success in Maths. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maths teacher ready to take on a leadership role, or for a current KS3 practitioner seeking to further develop their curriculum and leadership expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment. You will be a confident and effective leader with the ability to motivate and support colleagues, drive improvements in teaching and learning, and oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and intervention strategies at KS3. A proactive approach to monitoring student progress, raising attainment, and embedding consistent, high-quality practice is essential. You will work collaboratively within the Maths department, demonstrating creativity in curriculum design, strong communication skills, and a student-centred mindset to ensure all learners are challenged and supported to achieve their full potential.
