Lead Thrive Teaching Assistant Cambian New Elizabethan School, Hartlebury, Kidderminster Salary £26,436.80 40 hours per week​, 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday Full time, term time only, permanent contract We are seeking a dedicated and passionate THRIVE Practitioner to join our team and play a key role in promoting a whole-school approach to supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and line managed by the Headteacher, the successful candidate will lead the implementation of the THRIVE approach across the school. This is a highly visible role, requiring a proactive presence within the school environment, supporting pupils and staff on a daily basis. You will work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and families to ensure that all children are supported to engage positively in learning and school life. The role also includes leading staff training, maintaining key behavioural data, and ensuring high-quality provision for pupils with additional social and emotional needs.
