Orange Tree School is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Therapist to lead and develop our therapeutic provision across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Speech & Language Therapist looking to take the next step into a strategic leadership role within a specialist educational setting. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a dedicated Therapist who: Holds Degree in Speech & Language Therapy, is registered with HCPC and has the right to work and teach in the UK. Has significant experience working within specialist education, SEN schools or paediatric therapy services and supporting children and young people with Autism, SEMH needs, communication difficulties, sensory differences and complex SEND. Has experience developing and delivering therapeutic interventions in educational settings. Uses effective behaviour management strategies and is committed to safeguarding and student wellbeing. Is organised, reflective, and committed to continuous professional development. Is patient, resilient, and passionate about helping every young person achieve their potential.
