This role is a non-class-based position, allowing time to team teach, model best practice in classrooms and the integrated resource provision.

The Proven Equalizer (Experience)
You have moved past basic SEND administration and possess a track record of driving high-level academic success:
Adaptive Curriculum Design: Experience weaving adaptive teaching strategies directly into an ambitious, cohesive, and cumulative curriculum.
High-Aptitude Coaching: A proven history of delivering high-quality Professional Development (CPD) and coaching expert educators to adapt instruction without lowering the cognitive bar.
Community Engagement: Experience bridging the gap between school, families, and external agencies, ensuring SEND students are visible, active leaders in public project showcases.
Data-Informed System Leadership: Experience utilising adaptive systems and data tracking to ensure interventions for vulnerable s
