Lead Rackets Coach

Rugby school sports department are looking to appoint a Lead Rackets Coach starting September 2026. Rugby School prides itself on having a forward thinking and dynamic sports department. Sport at Rugby School is at an all-time high and we are looking to complement our department with a Lead Rackets Coach with knowledge of coaching rackets and other sports that Rugby School provides such as rugby, hockey, cricket or tennis. We are looking for someone who that shares our drive for excellent coaching and sports provision. Applicants must have a minimum level 2 qualification in sports coaching and have experience of working with young athletes within a school, club or pathway coaching environment. The successful candidate will support the Sports department with the strategic planning, delivery and management of our sports programme. They will immerse themselves in life at a busy boarding school helping with fixtures, tournaments and training. They will be introduced into the sport science delivery program and support with analysis, athlete training programs and mentoring. We pride ourselves on offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a vastly experienced department, alongside regular training in sports coaching, research and guiding aspiring athletes into the world of professional sports via our links with professional sports organisations.
