As Lead Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in raising standards and delivering outstanding Science teaching across all key stages. You’ll work closely with our talented team, sharing your expertise, modelling best practice and driving innovation both within the classroom and beyond. You will play a key role in building a department recognised for challenge, clarity and ambition, aligned to our vision of being a remarkable school where great teaching transforms lives. This role is ideal for a passionate Science specialist who wants to influence practice beyond their own classroom and help build one of the strongest Science teams in Essex.

The Role
· Lead and develop our Physics curriculum across KS3-5
· Mentor and coach colleagues within a supportive science team
· Drive innovative teaching strategies to inspire students
· Collaborate with local universities and STEM partners
· Play a key part in our ambition to be the very best
