Lead of Inclusion and Personalised Pathways (Seacole)

About this Role This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead Seacole, Kingsway Park High School’s newly developed inclusive support base, and help shape ambitious personalised pathways for students experiencing barriers to mainstream education. Seacole is designed to provide relational, aspirational and highly personalised support for students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and other complex barriers impacting engagement, attendance and learning. The successful candidate will play a central role in establishing the culture, systems and inclusive practice that underpin Seacole moving forward. The school is making a significant investment into the development of Seacole, including specialist teaching spaces, intervention rooms, sensory facilities and adaptive learning environments designed to support vulnerable students whilst maintaining strong connections to mainstream education.
