About this role
Network International School is looking to appoint a passionate and experienced Football Coach to lead its new football programme across its Primary and Secondary Schools, as part of the partnership with Southampton Football Academy. This role could start earlier for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have:
Current and valid UEFA B Coaching License (or equivalent);
A minimum of 6 years of coaching football at high competitive level;
A proven track record and evidence evidence of planning, developing, and executing comprehensive, high-quality football programs for school-aged students and community organisations;
Significant experience in delivering training, mentorship, and professional development to colleagues, support staff, and aspiring coaches in schools and / or community squads
A good understanding of personalised learning, feedback and assessment.
A passion for developing the whole child in a supportive and enriched classroom environment, as well as in the role of pastoral tutor.
A dedication to involvement in the Extracurricular programme.
A willingness to embrace the House system, supporting their allocated House and supporting competitions/events.
A passionate, caring and team focused attitude.
