In this role, you will:
Lead the KS3 Inclusion Team: Manage a dedicated
Inclusion Assistant to focus on learner provision and outcomes.Champion EHCPs: Lead the Annual Review process
for all pupils within your Key Stage and monitor progress toward individual
interim targets.Collaborate and Mentor: Act as a role model for
outstanding practice, helping other teachers and staff adapt their delivery to
meet diverse needs.Identify and Solve: Work with internal and
external professionals
