Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with school curricular aims. Provide suitable academic challenges that enable each pupil to reach their potential. Foster a positive, well-disciplined classroom environment. Assess pupils' work effectively and provide constructive feedback. Maintain up-to-date curriculum knowledge. Communicate regularly with pupils, parents, colleagues, and senior leaders. Contribute to the school’s extracurricular and enrichment programmes. Undertake pastoral duties, including acting as a form teacher. Support school-wide initiatives, events, and inter-house competitions. Participate in professional development and training (INSET & CPD).
