Gulf British Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, talented and vision-aligned Drama Teacher to teach across KS2 and Secondary, as part of our growing school in the heart of Kuwait.
Founded in 2005, GBA is a thriving, BSO-accredited British international school catering for pupils from Pre-KG to Year 12. In 2020, we moved into our purpose-built, state-of-the-art campus, reflecting our ongoing commitment to offering exceptional experiences for both pupils and staff.

Builds strong, trusting relationships with pupils through engaging and supportive learning experiences
Creates an inclusive, vibrant and inspiring learning environment
Delivers engaging Drama lessons across KS2 and Secondary
Uses drama strategies such as role-play, improvisation, script work and performance to support learning
Embeds oracy, dialogue, performance and reflective discussion into everyday teaching
Champions creativity, collaboration and expressive communication
Plans engaging and progressive schemes of work aligned with the National Curriculum for Drama/Performing Arts
Supports learners in becoming confident performers, articulate communicators and reflective thinkers
Contributes positively to productions, assemblies, performances and whole-school events
Applicants must be fluent English
