CHESHAM PREPARATORY SCHOOLKS2 Primary Teacher — Maths, English & GamesRequired: September 2026 We are an Independent Co-Educational Prep School in Buckinghamshire, seeking an enthusiastic and versatile KS2 Primary Teacher to join our friendly and dedicated staff team. This is a wonderfully varied full-time role, combining form-teaching responsibilities in Maths and English with Games coaching in the afternoons. We welcome applications from positive, flexible and caring individuals who are passionate about both the academic and physical development of children, and who are willing to contribute fully to the life of the school. With extremely high standards at Chesham Prep, the successful candidate will be an engaging and creative teacher, a confident and enthusiastic Games coach, and a true team player. They will have strong communication and organisational skills and will be capable of building warm, effective relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues alike. In this role you will teach Maths and English to your KS2 form class, delivering stimulating lessons that challenge and inspire every child. In the afternoons you will coach Games across Years 3–6, playing an active part in our fixtures programme and contributing to after-school sporting provision. The successful candidate will share our belief that every child deserves to feel seen, supported and proud of what they achieve — in the classroom and on the sports field. All candidates must be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
