KS1 Class Teacher at Truro School Prep Full time / Permanent Competitive Salary & Benefits Start date: September 2026 or January 2027 We are seeking an enthusiastic and effective Key Stage 1 teacher to deliver high‑quality teaching whilst supporting children’s academic, social and emotional development. The successful candidate will create a positive and inclusive learning environment in which all pupils are supported to thrive. They will plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum, using assessment effectively to support progress and meet the needs of individual pupils. In addition to classroom teaching, the role involves contributing to the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities, extra-curricular activities, educational visits and events. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, and actively engage in professional development.
