As a Head of Year, you will play a key role in shaping the academic and personal development of students while supporting teaching staff to deliver high-quality education. Role Overview: As a Head of Year for either KS1 or Upper KS2, you will lead your year group by overseeing student progress, behavior management, pastoral care, and liaising with parents and teachers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all students receive the best possible learning experience aligned with school policies.
