Learning and Teaching: Plan, prepare and deliver consistently Very Good or better lessons to all students. Provide teaching strategies according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of individual students and groups of students. Make use of data to understand the individual needs of the students. Regularly assess and provide constructive and informative feedback. Make impactful use of home learning and extra-curricular learning opportunities. Set high expectations for all students and encourage all to meet their full potential. Ensure your classroom environment reflects current learning, inspires students, promotes inclusivity and is always presentable. Contribute to a corridor environment which celebrates and promotes outstanding student learning and inclusivity. Contribute to the collaborative planning process as required by your Year Group/Subject team. Provide cover work as per the absence policy for all classes missed through absence.
