This is an exciting opportunity for a highly effective practitioner who is passionate about supporting young people, promoting high standards of behaviour and engagement, and ensuring all students feel supported, understood and able to thrive. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Reflection Room as a purposeful intervention space, supporting students to reflect, reset and successfully reintegrate into lessons, while also providing high-quality pastoral support across a Key Stage.
