About You:
Caister Academy are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to work closely with an individual KS4 student who has an Education, Health and Care Plan. You will bring patience, consistency and a strong understanding of how to support young people with neurodiverse profiles or attachment/developmental trauma, helping them to feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
You will be someone who can build a trusting relationship, adapt learning tasks with sensitivity,
