Key Stage 1 Junior School Teacher

Sibford School are looking for an exceptional Junior School Teacher from September 2026. The successful candidate will teach Key stage 1 (experience of Key Stage 2 is also required) and have:- Qualified Teacher status; Experience of predominantly teaching KS1 also KS2 ; A professional attitude to responsibilities as a classroom teacher and member of a team; The talent to produce an enjoyable learning environment in which pupils learn effectively. The ability to inspire, motivate and engage pupils while valuing and respecting the needs of all; An enthusiasm for professional development and CPD, willingness to contribute innovative ideas and collaborate effectively; An ability to accurately, regularly and effectively record and monitor students’ work and progress; The ability to meet deadlines; The knowledge and experience to share good practice and ideas with colleagues; Involvement in extracurricular activities both in school and on school trips; A willingness to contribute to the wider life and activities of an all through boarding school.
