The Role We are seeking an inspiring and motivated IT Coordinator to lead, develop, and monitor high-quality IT provision across Years 1–8. This role places a strong emphasis on improving teaching practice, driving curriculum innovation, and ensuring excellent pupil outcomes in IT and Computing. In this role, you will: Lead the strategic development of a coherent, progressive IT curriculum across Year 1–8 Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment in IT Support and coach colleagues through modelling best practice, professional dialogue, and targeted support Monitor standards through lesson observations, learning walks, and pupil voice Analyse attainment and progress data to inform planning and raise standards Promote the effective and consistent use of digital technologies across the curriculum Ensure continuity and progression across Pre-Prep, Prep, and Senior School phases Contribute to whole-school self-evaluation, inspection readiness, and quality assurance processes Foster an inclusive approach, supporting pupils of all abilities including EAL, BML, and SEND learners Engage with parents to suppo
