Northcroft School Permanent - Full-time -Term time plus 10 inset days Amegreen Education is a group of independent SEND schools across West Berkshire. Summary of role The purpose of this role is to design, deliver, and evaluate targeted interventions that support pupils in overcoming barriers to learning, while actively promoting an inclusive environment where all learners feel valued, supported, and able to achieve their full potential. The role ensures that interventions are equitable, responsive to individual needs, and aligned with the school’s commitment to inclusion, enabling every pupil particularly those with additional needs, vulnerabilities, or underachievement to access high-quality education and make sustained progress. Main responsibilities The postholder will inspire, motivate and challenge students through high quality teaching, by managing behaviour effectively and ensuring a safe learning environment.
